What’s inside the workshop series?
Delivery: Live, virtual event held on zoom with other couples.
Duration: Held over 6 consecutive weeks from the start date on a Thursday evening (8pm-9:30pm). Think of it like your weekly date night for six weeks.
Cost: The workshop costs AUD 320 per couple and includes a digital workbook, delivered to your Gottman.com account before the workshop, created using the email you use to register.
The workshop includes teaching, demonstrations, videos, and private couple exercises. The activities are fun, insightful, and informative.
You won’t be asked to share private details with the group. The focus is on learning tools and practicing together with your partner.
For those who are already parents, babies in arms are welcome (0-8 months). Feel free to them along and feed or hold them during the workshop.
