If you are tired of the tension or the distance in your relationship,
I can help you and your partner move out of that phase and grow closer and stronger.
My Story
This practice was born from a deeply personal place.
After going through some challenging seasons in my own relationship, I came to truly understand how life transitions like moving in together, changing careers or becoming parents can quietly unravel the connection you once felt so sure of. It’s in those moments of feeling distant and overwhelmed that your confidence, communication, and closeness can take a hit.
That experience gave me a deep sense of empathy for others in similar situations, and a strong desire to help. Not just with kind words, but with tools that work. Practical, evidence-based strategies grounded in years of research.
It also allowed me to understand some of the barriers couples face when looking to get support for their relationship struggles.
Hi, I’m Rozanne
Sun and sand seeker, girl mom and registered couple’s counsellor, passionate about helping couples reconnect and rebuild the relationship they hoped for when they first chose each other.
I help couples nurture their friendship with each other, manage conflict constructively and create shared meaning within their relationship by offering practical skills, empathy and a non-judgmental space.
My sessions are all online from the comfort of your home, with after-hours and weekend availability so you don’t have to take time off or rearrange your life to get the support your relationship deserves.
I help you replace unhelpful communication patterns with respectful, connected, and meaningful conversations with evidence based, practical strategies in a neutral and non-judgemental space so that you can leave the tension and disconnection behind and be truly heard, understood and validated.
My earlier work as a school and family counsellor showed me over and over again that the quality of a couple’s relationship sets the emotional tone for the home. That tone impacts how each person feels, connects, and thrives in the world. When children are present, the ripple effects are even greater, shaping their emotional, social, and cognitive development in powerful ways.
That’s when it became clear to me. If we want healthier families and happier children, we must start with the couple.
I’ve always believed that strong relationships create strong lives. Helping couples reconnect, communicate, and grow together, especially when life feels hard is some of the most meaningful work I get to do.
And as a parent myself, I’ve built this practice to not only support other couples, but to live out the same values I hold dear: connection, presence, and purpose.
It’s an honour to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey, whether you're just starting out, rebuilding after a rough patch, or simply wanting to grow stronger, together.
If we want healthier families and happier children, we must start with the couple …
