Hi, I’m Rozanne.

Sun and sand lover, mom, and registered couple’s counsellor, dedicated to helping couples reconnect and rebuild the relationship they hoped for when they first chose each other.

I help couples learn practical skills to manage conflict constructively, nurture their friendship, and deepen intimacy in their relationship, using the Gottman Method of Therapy.

Getting support for your relationship shouldn’t be complicated.

It’s meant to be clear, easy, and accessible.

I offer sessions and workshops predominantly online, done from the comfort and privacy of your home. I see couples as early as 7:30am until 9:30pm. These after hours and weekend options are offered at no extra cost. So, you don’t need to rearrange your life to get the support your relationship deserves.

However for those that are unsure of virtual counselling or would prefer to meet face to face at least in the beginning, I offer an in person day in Berwick to suit your needs.

How I ended up here

This practice was born from a deeply personal place.

After going through some challenging seasons in my own relationship, I came to understand how life transitions like becoming parents, moving in together, changing careers or moving countries can slowly chip away at the closeness you once felt so strong.

I also know how isolating it feels when communication breaks down and connection feels out of reach.

In those moments of feeling distant and overwhelmed with your partner, your own confidence and wellbeing can take a hard hit.

That experience gave me a deep sense of empathy for others in similar situations, and a strong desire to help.

With my experience of working with couples, children, and families, I wanted to offer practical, evidence-based tools that couples can lean on without the added stresses and hurdles of taking time off work, figuring out childcare or battling traffic just to make it to appointments.

Because getting support should feel accessible and not overwhelming.

My Why

If we want healthier families and happier children, we must start with the couple.

While working as a school and family counsellor, it became apparent to me that a couple’s relationship sets the emotional tone for their home. And that tone impacts how each person feels, connects, and thrives in the world.

When children are present, the ripple effects are even greater, shaping their emotional, social, and cognitive development in powerful ways.

That’s when it became clear to me. If we want healthier families, thriving children and happier communities, we must start with the couple.

I’ve always believed that strong relationships create strong lives.

Helping couples reconnect, communicate, and grow, especially when life feels hard, is some of the most meaningful work I get to do.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey, whether you're just starting out, rebuilding after a rough patch, or simply wanting to grow stronger, together.
